Return Policy

Return Policy

  1. You can apply for a return for products purchased at National Geographic Apparel ID Official Website within 3 days of receiving the products (based on the date of receipt).
    1. Apparel, headwear, bag, tumbler, footwear products are eligible for return.
    2. Non-returnable products include socks, carriers, luggage. 
  2. Return applications for the product(s) must be addressed online. Late applications and applications with incomplete information will not be considered.
  3. Only one return request can be made per order.
  4. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  5. Return request can only be made if the product(s) received in a defective, damaged, incomplete, or not as ordered condition or is not according to the description on the Platform or it does not function as intended (which later on will  be referred as "Defective Condition").
  6. In requesting a return of the product(s), unboxing video of the received package and photos of the product(s) must be presented as valid proof that the product(s) was received in a defective condition.
  7. Returned product(s) must be completely intact, unused, unwashed, and with the original label, packaging, and price tag, and meet the conditions for secondary sales. 
  8. Product(s) must be returned within the stated period. The return authorization will be invalid after the expiry date.
  9. If your order cannot fulfill the original order requirements of any discount, free shipping, promotion, or gift after processing the return, the relevant offer will be invalid. The relevant discount amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
  10. If your order cannot fulfill the original order requirements of any promotion event and the refund amount is not sufficient to deduct the discount amount, you will be required to return all the discounted products of the purchase. Partial returns will not be accepted.
  11. Product sets or bundles must be returned together.
  12. If the coupon code and store credit has already been used, it cannot be used again. The relevant amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
  13. During the designated promotion campaign period, all orders are non-refundable.
  14. Free gifts are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products..
  15. If there is any gift or coupon in the order and you cannot fulfill the original order requirements of receiving the gift(s) after making a return, it must be returned together with the order. If the gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount.
  16. If the product does not comply with our return policy and conditions, we will not approve the return application.
  17. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the good(s) sent back to you.
  18. In case of any dispute, National Geographic Apparel ID reserves the right of final decision.

Return Application

  1. You may process your return with these following steps:
    1. Send an email to natgeoapparelindo@gmail.com within the timeframe specified: 3 days of receiving the products (based on the date of receipt).
    2. National Geographic Apparel ID Customer Service will contact you via email to confirm that the product(s) return request has been properly received by National Geographic Apparel ID.
    3. Send your unboxing video of the received package and photos of the product(s), demonstrating the defective condition via email.
  2. You will receive confirmation from National Geographic Apparel ID Customer Service regarding the product(s) return within 3 working days from the receipt of unboxing video and product photos. If the request is approved by National Geographic Apparel ID, our customer service will confirm via WhatsApp.
    You will get info regarding product return procedure and National Geographic Apparel ID shipping address.
  3. Upon confirmation, you may send the product(s) to National Geographic Apparel ID within a maximum of 2 working days.
  4. After the Product is received at the National Geographic Apparel ID, it will undergo verification for 5 to 7 working days. If the returned Product does not pass National Geographic's verification and discretion, and is deemed ineligible for return, National Geographic Customer Service will contact you and return the product(s) to you at your expense.
  5. If the returned product(s) passes National Geographic's verification and meets the requirements for return, National Geographic Customer Service will notify you and will refund the purchase price of the product(s) in the form of bank transfer.
