National Geographic Apparel Indonesia partners with official Payment System Service Providers (PJP, incl. Bank and Non-Bank) that are supervised by Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in providing a payment system that facilitates and secures every transaction that takes place on National Geographic Apparel Indonesia’s platform for our customers.
Order
Here are the details for making an order on the National Geographic Apparel Indonesia website:
- Browse our online store, select the product you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart."
- Once you've added your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your shipping information and address.
- Choose your preferred shipping method from the available options.
- Select your preferred payment method during checkout.
- Complete the payment process, and you're done!
It's as simple as that! Your order will be processed, and you'll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
We use JNE and J&T as our preferred carriers to ship your orders.
Yes, you can checkout as a Guest User. To do so, you will need to checkout with your desired item in cart, input your contact information and shipping address, and then proceed to payment.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
- Virtual Account transfer: BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, Permata Bank, etc.)
- Credit Card: VISA, Mastercard.
- Paylater: Akulaku, Uangme.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website
Unfortunately, the order that has been confirmed cannot be canceled or modified. We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we kindly request you to double-check your order before proceeding to payment.
You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Your order may be canceled due to insufficient stock, product problems, or other special reasons. The most common reason for order cancellation is that your item size is out of stock before we can process the order. When this happens, you will receive an email notification of your order cancellation. If your order (or part of the order) is cancelled, the refund will be made through the original payment method, and the refund will generally be completed within 2 to 4 weeks (the actual refund time depends on the card issuer, bank or electronic payment institution) depends).
We do not offer gift wrapping, extra packaging or extra paper bags at this time.
Delivery Service
Our current delivery scope is limited to Indonesia area only.
You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for further assitance.
After your order is shipped, if you need to change your address, please contact the courier yourself and you must pay the additional costs yourself.
Depending on the weight and size of the package, your order may need to be split into two or more packages for shipment, but only the shipping fee for the first package will be charged. If the same order is delivered in multiple packages, you will not be charged additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
All products purchased in stores cannot be returned or exchanged via email.
All products purchased on the website are not exchangeable. You cannot make any returns or exchanges directly at the store. We reject any products that do not meet the return and exchange conditions or are returned without our consent. You must first log in to your membership account and apply online. Only after confirmation by the customer service center can you arrange to return the product to a designated store. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.
