B. Laws and Regulations
The National Geographic Apparel Platform is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including those governing electronic information and transactions, the operation of electronic systems, and the protection of users' personal data. This includes all implementing regulations and amendments to such regulations that govern and protect the use of users' important data and information.
C. Data Acquisition and Protection

Information from third parties: (i) User information obtained from third parties collaborating with the National Geographic Apparel Platform, such as vendors, agents, professional advisors, consultants, and others may be collected in connection with third-party involvement. (ii) The National Geographic Apparel Platform may receive information about users from third parties as long as the user has given consent to provide the necessary (relevant) information.

Users hereby give explicit consent to the National Geographic Apparel Platform to obtain, collect, process, analyze, store, display, use, utilize, publish, transmit, disclose, disseminate, delete, and destroy the personal data and information they submit (input) into or perform on the Platform. Users declare that this consent is given voluntarily, competently, and with awareness, as this consent is provided while using the Services or Platform (“User Consent”).

Based on User Consent, users declare that all their data on the Platform belongs to the National Geographic Apparel Platform. To avoid doubt, user data, whether entered into the Platform or not, is owned by the user as part of their complete personal rights.

D. Use, Storage, Utilization, and Processing of Data
The National Geographic Apparel Platform will collect, use, store, utilize, process, analyze, transmit, and disclose users' Personal Data to third parties for the following purposes and other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:

The Platform uses users' Personal Data to (i) provide functionality, analyze performance, correct errors, and enhance the usability and effectiveness of the Services, (ii) ensure that the Services operate technically as intended and to help identify and resolve issues.

Recommendations and Personalization. The Platform uses users' Personal Data to recommend features, products, and services that may be of interest to users, to better understand, analyze, and predict users' preferences and interests, combine this information with other information to tailor the user experience, and personalize users' experiences with the Services.

Compliance with Legal Obligations. In certain cases, the National Geographic Apparel Platform collects and uses users' Personal Data to comply with laws, regulations, and respond to emergencies. For example, (i) to respond to court orders, summons, or legitimate requests or legal processes or other law enforcement actions, (ii) requests or official orders from authorities or institutions based on applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to disputes, investigations, inquiries, legal processes, and dispute resolution processes between the National Geographic Apparel Platform and users, users and Product Providers/Partners/Suppliers, and users and other parties, as well as other illegal activities, (iii) requests from banks, financial institutions, or authorized non-financial institutions, and/or third parties based on official requests and applicable legal provisions, (iv) to provide emergency assistance in situations that may threaten the life, health, or physical safety of users or others.

Communication with Users. The Platform uses users' Personal Data to communicate with users regarding the Services through various channels (e.g., via phone, email, chat).

Advertising, Promotion, and Personalization. The Platform uses users' Personal Data to (i) display or conduct promotional activities and interest-based advertising for features, products, and services that may interest users, including but not limited to advertising identifiers, including those provided by other software platforms, or similar identifiers, to assist the National Geographic Apparel Platform in conducting analytics or providing promotional content or other information that may be relevant and interesting to users, (ii) to facilitate user access and use of the Services and/or third-party offers; (iii) to send subscription offers, messages, news, and posts within the Services on behalf of the National Geographic Apparel Platform.

Fraud Prevention, Money Laundering, and Credit Risk. The National Geographic Apparel Platform uses users' Personal Data to prevent and detect fraud and money laundering and abuse to protect the security of users, the National Geographic Apparel Platform, and others. Also for purposes (i) to detect, monitor, investigate, mitigate, or prevent fraud and technical or security issues or to protect the property of the National Geographic Apparel Platform; (ii) to enable business continuity and disaster recovery operations; (iii) to obtain legal services, seek legal advice, and/or enforce the legal rights of the National Geographic Apparel Platform or the legal rights of other members of the National Geographic Apparel Platform; (iv) for statistical purposes; (v) business development, products, quality, and services including promotional activities, studies, research, and collaboration with other third parties.

Other purposes communicated from time to time by the ALAND Platform to Users, as well as those required, permitted, or mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
The National Geographic Apparel may collaborate with companies and other third parties that facilitate or provide assistance in the development of certain services for and/or on behalf of National Geographic Apparel, including:

Providing assistance to Users;

Carrying out services related to the Platform (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, analysis, and enhancement of Platform features);

Assisting National Geographic Apparel in analyzing how the Platform Services are used and how they are developed;

Helping professional advisors and external auditors of National Geographic Apparel, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and consultants. These third parties will only have access to User Data to perform these tasks for and/or on behalf of National Geographic Apparel and are contractually bound not to disclose or use that Personal Information for any other purposes.
In the disclosure of information, National Geographic Apparel may inform part of the User Data so that the information becomes non-identifiable as a whole (aggregate/anonymous data) intended for third parties used for Platform development, database management, analysis, or Service enhancement, promotion, and advertising.
National Geographic Apparel may also combine User Data with other information in such a way that the information is no longer associated with the User, and then disclose the combined information to third parties for purposes similar to those in point 3.

National Geographic Apparel Platform will retain Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. The National Geographic Apparel Platform is not responsible for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, use, storage, display, announcement, transmission, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of User Personal Data by such third parties. If Users provide information directly to a site, then the privacy policy and terms of service at that site will apply, and any consequences of such actions are the sole responsibility of the Users.
The National Geographic Apparel Platform, its affiliates, group companies, and subsidiaries, including representatives of the National Geographic Apparel Platform, and third parties collaborating with the National Geographic Apparel Platform, in providing Services have the right to utilize and process User personal data to fulfill the purposes of the Services, the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and the purposes of applicable laws and regulations. The utilization and processing of such data are covered by agreements and contain confidentiality clauses binding the parties, including representatives of the National Geographic Apparel Platform.
The National Geographic Apparel Platform may transfer User Personal Data to affiliated platforms or service providers of the National Geographic Apparel Platform or to third-party recipients. Therefore, by using the Services or the National Geographic Apparel Platform, Users also consent to the transfer of Personal Data to affiliated platforms or service providers of the National Geographic Apparel Platform or to third-party data recipients for the development of services, whether technical, commercial, or otherwise. Wherever User Personal Data is transferred, stored, or processed by the National Geographic Apparel Platform or affiliated platforms or third parties, or other service providers of the National Geographic Apparel Platform, the National Geographic Apparel Platform will take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of User Personal Data.
E. DATA STORAGE
User data and information on the Platform will be stored as long as it is used for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable laws. The National Geographic Apparel Platform will cease to store User data and information immediately when it deems that the data collected is no longer relevant to the purpose of data collection, the storage of such data is no longer necessary, or if it is prohibited from being stored or required to be deleted by applicable law.
F. DATA DELETION
Regarding various promotional information and exclusive offers, Users can:

Unsubscribe if they do not wish to receive such information by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email sent by the National Geographic Apparel Platform to Users; or

Adjust the "Promo" notification settings on the Platform.
Users may withdraw the consent given concerning the use of their personal data and information, including ceasing to use, access the Services, and/or closing their Account in accordance with applicable laws (including retention provisions mandated by relevant legislation). Users hereby acknowledge that they understand the consequences of withdrawing their consent, including but not limited to no longer being able to enjoy the Services.
Subject to applicable laws, Users may request the deletion of their data and ALAND account by informing the National Geographic Apparel Platform via the contact platform natgeoapparelindo@gmail.com.
The National Geographic Apparel Platform agrees to delete the data requested by the User if the provisions have been met and the User has fulfilled their rights and obligations on the Platform within a reasonable time.
Upon the User's request, the National Geographic Apparel Platform may render the User's data and information unrecognizable.
The National Geographic Apparel Platform reserves the right to retain User data for the retention period set by the Platform in accordance with the law.
The National Geographic Apparel Platform has the right to deny User requests to access and/or modify or delete their Personal Data for justified reasons based on applicable laws.

G. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC APPAREL
Users are responsible for the security and mitigation of breaches related to their own National Geographic Apparel account, such as maintaining the confidentiality of their personal data, implementing appropriate security measures, limiting access, creating strong passwords and/or PINs (personal identification numbers), and safeguarding the passwords and/or PINs they create and use to access their personal data wherever they store it.
Users are responsible for any misuse of their passwords and/or PINs (whether by themselves and/or third parties) or misuse of the platform, which is created and used by Users or third parties who obtain access through the platform and/or third-party platforms affiliated with the User to access their personal data, including accounts, passwords, and/or PINs for logging into the User's applications performed by parties other than the User. Such misuse is not the responsibility of National Geographic Apparel.
Users must promptly notify National Geographic Apparel if they believe that their National Geographic Apparel password and/or PIN or those of affiliated third-party platforms have been compromised by unauthorized individuals.
National Geographic Apparel is not responsible for the exchange and provision of Users' personal data that is conducted solely by Users, including those between Users. This provision includes any and all User errors that lead to the leakage of User data.
National Geographic Apparel is responsible for its platform, including the protection and security of personal data confidentiality, and must notify Users in the event of a failure to protect personal data, at least via email to the registered Users on the National Geographic Apparel platform, and report to law enforcement or relevant authorities. H. COOKIES
