All complaints must be supported by a complete video recording. To support the claim verification process, a complete video recording from before opening the package is required. The video must clearly show all sides of the packaging prior to opening. Please note: During the polybag production process, a small amount of powder is applied to protect the printed surface of the polybag. This is not a product defect and cannot be used as a reason for return.

Please refer to the Care Label on the inside of the garment for all cleaning and handling instructions.

General Cleaning & Care Details:

• For clothing with a print, it is recommended to hand wash with cold water separately.
  
• Do not iron on print.
  
• If your item has a detachable logo tab at the sleeve or leg, or a detachable faux fur trim, please remove before washing, ironing, steaming or dry cleaning.
  
• Dark and light-colored clothes should be washed separately.
  
• For machine-washable clothing, please turn the clothes inside out before washing, and (where possible) use a laundry net.
  
• To minimize the potential of snags and tears, please close all zippers and buttons before washing.
  
• Wash sweaty clothes immediately after working out.
  
• For those items that can be tumble dried [Refer to care instructions displayed on the label] do not dry clothes on high heat, this may cause shrinkage and fading of color.
  
• For those items that can be line dried, we recommend hanging away from direct sunlight, which can cause color fading.
